SIS acts as a co-broker with several primary insurance brokers, including HUB International Northeast, York International, and One Point Brokerage. These co-brokerage relationships enable our clients to participate in insurance programs, including our master umbrella program, which affords each of our clients $100 million of their property-specific “follow-form” coverage, at prices up to 70% off the cost of a stand-alone policy.
