COMPLIANCE OVERSIGHT

Our internal compliance team leads monthly legal briefings, tracks city mandates, and leverages tools like Jack Jaffa’s platform to alert managers of violations in real-time, keeping your building ahead of the curve.

SALES & LEASING

Our Sales & Leasing Department, led by in-house counsel, oversees application processing, right of first refusal waivers, Board interviews, and closings, usually within 72 hours of submission.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT

From fire response to gas shutdowns, we’ve managed some of the city’s most complex property emergencies. Our executives are on call year-round, backed by vendor partners with strict response time standards.

TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION
